Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on treatments, services, or deposits once an appointment has taken place.

2. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are required to secure appointment bookings.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in loss of the deposit and may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

 

4. Treatment Outcomes

  • Results of aesthetic treatments vary from person to person and depend on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare.

  • As results cannot be guaranteed, dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

 

5. Medical & Suitability Considerations

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions prior to treatment.

  • Refunds will not be issued if treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed medical information or contraindications identified on the day of the appointment.

 

6. Prepaid Treatments, Packages & Gift Vouchers

  • All prepaid treatments, packages, and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Treatments must be used within the stated validity period.

 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or partial refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical reasons.
